- General Terms
1.1. KedarnathYatra.com provides travel packages, trekking services, and pilgrimage tours, subject to the terms outlined herein.
1.2. The use of our website and services is subject to the laws of India.
1.3. By booking with us, you confirm that you are legally authorized to make travel arrangements on behalf of yourself and/or others.
- Booking and Payment
2.1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
2.2. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid as per the payment schedule provided during booking.
2.3. Payments can be made through our secure payment gateway using credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other approved methods.
2.4. KedarnathYatra.com reserves the right to cancel bookings if payment deadlines are not met.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
3.2. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the following schedule:
- 30+ days before departure: 80% refund of the total booking amount.
- 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
- Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
3.3. Any non-refundable components such as permits, accommodation bookings, or transport costs will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- Amendments to Bookings
4.1. Changes to your booking are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4.2. Amendments made within 15 days of departure may not be accommodated.
- Travel Documents
5.1. the traveller’s responsible for ensuring they have valid identification, permits, or any other required documentation for the trip.
5.2. KedarnathYatra.com is not liable for any issues arising from incomplete or incorrect travel documentation.
- Health and Fitness Requirements
6.1. Certain tours and treks require a moderate to high level of physical fitness. Participants must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions at the time of booking.
6.2. KedarnathYatra.com reserves the right to deny participation to individuals deemed unfit for the activity.
- Travel Insurance
7.1. Travel insurance is mandatory for all participants. It should cover trip cancellations, medical expenses, accidents, and emergencies.
7.2. KedarnathYatra.com does not provide travel insurance and is not liable for any claims arising during the trip.
- Liability
8.1. KedarnathYatra.com acts as an agent for accommodation, transportation, and other third-party services. We are not responsible for any act or omission by these third parties.
8.2. KedarnathYatra.com is not liable for delays, accidents, losses, injuries, or damages resulting from circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
- Code of Conduct
9.1. Travelers are expected to respect local customs, traditions, and laws. Any inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the tour without a refund.
9.2. Littering, vandalism, or any behaviour harmful to the environment is strictly prohibited.
- Intellectual Property
10.1. All content on KedarnathYatra.com, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Alpine Hikes Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by copyright laws.
10.2. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is prohibited.

- Dispute Resolution
12.1. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
12.2. In the event of any disputes, the company’s decision will be final and binding.
