Baggage Limit

Strictly 5 kg per person due to high-altitude flying. Please carry only soft duffle bags. Hard-shell suitcases are not allowed in the chopper.

Weight Policy

Passengers above 75 kg may be charged extra for weight adjustment. This is a DGCA safety norm.

🎒 Packing List

Clothing: Thermal inners, heavy woolen jacket, gloves, and woolen socks (Temperatures can drop to -5°C).
Footwear: Comfortable trekking shoes with good grip. Avoid heels or slippers.
Medical: Personal medicines, Camphor (Kapoor) for smell, and Diamox (consult doctor) for altitude sickness.
Power: Power banks are essential as electricity can be intermittent in remote areas.

📄 Documentation

Original ID proof is mandatory for helipad entry.

Indian Nationals: Aadhar Card / Voter ID / Driving License.
Foreign Nationals / NRIs: Original Passport (Valid for 6 months).
Biometric Registration: We will handle the Yatra Registration for our premium guests.

Common Questions

How does VIP Darshan work? ▼

Our ground staff will escort you from the helipad to the temple. You will skip the general queue (which can be 4-5 hours long) and get direct entry for Darshan.

Is oxygen available? ▼

Yes. Our luxury hotels have oxygen cylinders on standby. At Kedarnath, portable oxygen cans are available with our medical team for emergencies.

What if the flight is cancelled due to weather? ▼

Safety is paramount. If flying is not possible, we will process a refund for the flying sector as per policy. We recommend keeping 1 buffer day in your itinerary.
